This beer has a classic lager aroma, light malt and no hops. The color is straw and very clear with plenty of bubbles coming up from the bottom. The head is medium with medium retention.There is a strange sweet taste to this beer, a slightly off fruit taste. The strange taste is kind of earthy and sweet and not right. There is a normally light malt taste and sweetness, and a hint of hops for bitterness. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing. The finish also has the stange flavor.
I do not like this strange taste, it is unexpected in this beer, and I do not know what it is. It does not taste like an infection, but it could be a dirty bottle. I don't know what is wrong but I am unhappy with this beer.

i just had some today. i was pleased with it for being a light, summer type brew. the taste is hard to pin down. it sort of flirts between ale and lager to me, but its drinkability gets high marks. the first two went down very easily
I live here in missouri and am wondering where in missouri you were able to locate this beer...only have had it in kona...thanks.
